We’ll receive a notification of your order, with the details you provided. Our teaching management team will then email you to find out what your needs and preferences are and, importantly, WHEN you’d like to do your free lesson.
Please note that contacting you to organise your lesson is not an automated process, so it could take several hours, or even happen the following day, depending on your time zone.
But if you don’t hear anything within 24 hours or so, please check your spam/junk folder first, then write to us at the email on our website. Or simply reply to this emailed article, or to the automated ‘order received’ email the online shop sent you.
N.b. There’s no rush to do the free trial lesson. It doesn’t have to be this week. The offer ends on Sunday night, but that’s just a promotional deadline, not a limit for actually doing the lesson.
